I have been here more than a couple of years, and I have to say that Marissa (manager) and The maintenance crew are terrific. They go over and beyond what needs to be done. Marissa’s on top of everything. I really enjoy working with them. They are very friendly And respectful of my home.

I lived at the Crimson Apartment’s for about a year and a half now Marissa and her team are phenomenal. Maintenance is always on point with my requests been here long enough looking forward to moving into a two bedroom two bath from the smaller unit that I’m in they’re making the transition super smooth me and my Mr. pancake hopefully you can add another piece of sausage to our family. Ha ha when we get The bigger unit

Marissa has always gone above and beyond on resolving any concerns. She is professional, friendly, and honestly one of the best property managers I’ve had. Community is quiet, and everyone is friendly. The community events Marissa puts on during the holidays are something you don’t want to miss! Maintenance team is quick and efficient, shout out to the guys for always making sure things are done right the first time. Highly recommended!

Crimson Point was my home for a period of time this year. I waited to write my review to capture the entirety of the move in/out process. I was treated as well at move in by all staff as I was during/after move out. Marissa, manager, and her staff are incredible and very accommodating. My place was extremely clean upon move in and I loved my neighbors. To date, I believe they have the absolute best floor plan available. If that floor plan was closer to my place of work, I would not have left.

The sense of community is strong, with staff who actively engage with residents and go the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere—including hosting and participating in holiday events that bring everyone together. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people who call the community home. The property itself is consistently well maintained, from the clean, move-in-ready apartments to the beautifully kept grounds. It’s clear that pride is taken in every detail, making Crimson Point a comfortable and inviting place to live year-round.

Crimson Pointe Apartments has one of the best teams working together to make sure every tenant or future tenant feel important and tries to meet their needs as quick as possible. Everyone is very easy to work with and very friendly. Their apartments are always clean and ready to move in. Maintenance does a very good job making sure the grounds are clean and well taken care of.

I lived in the Crimson Point Apartment community, and from the time I first met with Sammy and Marisa, I was treated so amazing. I had found myself basically homeless and needed a place to live fast. They were able to show me a one bed one bath that was beautiful. They were able to rush my application and get me in my new home fast. Marissa was so helpful with all of my questions with rent, utilities and everything else I was clueless about. This Marissa/Sammy team are the best management team in Idaho. Thank you for helping me with my new home.
