Has been a great place to live. Been here for 7 years and have never had a problem. Have noticed that since the new management that any issue brought to her is taken care of in a timely manner. Good maintenance crew and very responsive. Owning a Home Maintenance company in Alaska for 20yrs, I find this facility well managed and well taken care of. Good Job folks, WC

I absolutely love the property management they are the sweetest people and solve solutions quickly they truly care about all the residents. They have events go on all the time for example this summer they gave out free ice cream across the whole complex and have raffles for prizes all the time. The apartments are very spacious. And the rooms are good size. They are pet friendly which is amazing. They care about everyone’s animals as well and make sure to let the community know to keep an eye out. I 100% recommend living here.

I Live here at Crimson Point and I can truly say it’s been a pleasure!!! It’s a quiet very peaceful place to live!!! Our management rocks as well as our maintenance guys!!! I’ve never had an issue living in this community since I have been here which is coming up on a year!!! I will be renewing my lease as this is a very comfortable place to call home!!!☺️

My family has lived in crimson point apartments for 6 years. Kuna is the best mix of county and city. We absolutely love the property mgr Marissa. She is prompt to handle situations. She’s always professional and honest. It’s amazing the knowledge she has. You can tell she truly cares about her tenants and this community. She is super sweet and easy to talk to. Maintenance Dave and Jobi are great guys and leasing consultant Clarissa always has a smile.
