I've lived at Crimson Point Apartments since June, 2023. At the end of my lease in 2025, I left for a brief 2 months, before rushing back to Crimson Point after less than stellar properties and management elsewhere. The current property manager, Marissa, has been here since I moved in and she is THE MOST responsive, ethical, on top of her game property manager I've experienced, and I've had my share over the years. She explains details clearly and transparently, takes tenants' input seriously, and does all she can to make renting here convenient and peaceful, not just for some, but for all. In some ways, she oversees this community much as a principal of a school would do, ensuring residents are doing what they should so we can all enjoy our homes.
There are additional fees on top of rent, but once you understand what those are, which should be done before you sign a lease, the fees are predictable and easy to plan for.
The apartments themselves are clean, modern, quiet, and the complex, itself, is beautiful and safe.
No apartment community is perfect, and there have been issues with too many cars on the streets, and people not cleaning up after their pets, but since I've been here, Marissa has steadily kept on top of these issues, and the pet waste, specifically, has improved significantly! (I have a dog too and know how important it is to pick up immediately)
