Crimson Pointe Apartments has one of the best teams working together to make sure every tenant or future tenant feel important and tries to meet their needs as quick as possible. Everyone is very easy to work with and very friendly. Their apartments are always clean and ready to move in. Maintenance does a very good job making sure the grounds are clean and well taken care of.

I lived in the Crimson Point Apartment community, and from the time I first met with Sammy and Marisa, I was treated so amazing. I had found myself basically homeless and needed a place to live fast. They were able to show me a one bed one bath that was beautiful. They were able to rush my application and get me in my new home fast. Marissa was so helpful with all of my questions with rent, utilities and everything else I was clueless about. This Marissa/Sammy team are the best management team in Idaho. Thank you for helping me with my new home.

I've lived at Crimson Point Apartments since June, 2023. At the end of my lease in 2025, I left for a brief 2 months, before rushing back to Crimson Point after less than stellar properties and management elsewhere. The current property manager, Marissa, has been here since I moved in and she is THE MOST responsive, ethical, on top of her game property manager I've experienced, and I've had my share over the years. She explains details clearly and transparently, takes tenants' input seriously, and does all she can to make renting here convenient and peaceful, not just for some, but for all. In some ways, she oversees this community much as a principal of a school would do, ensuring residents are doing what they should so we can all enjoy our homes. There are additional fees on top of rent, but once you understand what those are, which should be done before you sign a lease, the fees are predictable and easy to plan for. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, quiet, and the complex, itself, is beautiful and safe. No apartment community is perfect, and there have been issues with too many cars on the streets, and people not cleaning up after their pets, but since I've been here, Marissa has steadily kept on top of these issues, and the pet waste, specifically, has improved significantly! (I have a dog too and know how important it is to pick up immediately) Thank you to Marissa, especially, for making CP Apartments a great place to live.

I’ve lived in these apartments for five months now and have to say, I am so completely impressed with management and maintenance. When I first moved in, I had some concerns with some of the cleaning that was not thoroughly done, Marissa immediately addressed my concerns as they were in the process of hiring new cleaners. Within the last five months, if I have had any questions or needed small repairs, they have been so professional and responded to my needs with a great attitude. The maintenance guys are awesome and do such a great job! My neighbors are kind and mindful of the noise level. And the property is well maintained. While this is the type of business etiquette you would expect from any company, the reality is, not every place is courteous or caring of the tenant’s needs. I’m really glad I chose to move here, despite the poor reviews from the past. Things have definitely improved more recently as I have not had a single negative experience here.

Good maintenance crew and very responsive. Owning a Home Maintenance company in Alaska for 20yrs, I find this facility well managed and well taken care of. Good Job folks, WC

Me and my friend love it here. We came to receive a whole new experience, coming from our old house we used to live in. The only thing that bothers us is our Noisy upstair neighbors. Constant stomping when their home. Dropping things, it’s on a daily basis. We still like it here.

I absolutely love the property management they are the sweetest people and solve solutions quickly they truly care about all the residents. They have events go on all the time for example this summer they gave out free ice cream across the whole complex and have raffles for prizes all the time. The apartments are very spacious. And the rooms are good size. They are pet friendly which is amazing. They care about everyone’s animals as well and make sure to let the community know to keep an eye out. I 100% recommend living here.

My family has lived in crimson point apartments for 6 years. Kuna is the best mix of county and city. We absolutely love the property mgr Marissa. She is prompt to handle situations. She’s always professional and honest. It’s amazing the knowledge she has. You can tell she truly cares about her tenants and this community. She is super sweet and easy to talk to. The apartment complex here is amazing at communicating with you. The club house is always clean and tidy. Staff is there most of the time and always willing to help. The fitness center and pool are a great addition to living here. The location is great as well. I highly recommend looking into Crimson Point.

The apartments are great and the grounds are always very well maintained. My only problem is that parking rules don't seem to be enforced, making it impossible to find a spot in front of your own building and having to try and find a spot on the street. Which can be near impossible sometimes.

My husband and I had the pleasure to live in this Complex the first year of our marriage while we waited to buy a house it was amazing. Loved the staff, Maddie, Carolyn, and the maintenance staff were all so friendly and helpful. Well built, lots of natural light. Also I love Kuna so its close to everything and only about 10 to 15 minutes away from the freeway. Only thing we had trouble with was parking if you got home after 7, but thats typical with apartment complexes, plenty of street parking available. They do fun community things as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good apartment community.

Living here since Nov. 2017, from Alaska and 20 years of owning a home and business maintenance company I have to recognize the present management team. Prior management was not up to what the facility and grounds maintenance needed. The facility manager and her team are "Johnny on the spot" with what should be expected. I dealt with many property owners over the years in Alaska that only cared about collecting the rent. The grounds maintenance and unit needs are quickly handled. They have cleaned the entire area to a very noticeable and improved level. Mattie and her team (maintenance and office staff) are very responsive for repairs and tenant concerns. It is a pleasure to see an operation work properly. My hats off to them. Good Job.
