You really don’t have a choice after signing a lease here. The town is low class, the property is handled by someone who could shadow as a carney. Currently working with attorneys on the unnecessary charges. I honestly regret signing a lease here as it’s a cow town with a bunch of hillbillies.

This property is very nice. The grounds look picked up and clean. The office staff is very helpful.

They are the best! the apartments are so big and pretty inside. The office staff are super helpful also. I would definitely recommend them.

I visited Crimson Point in search of a new apartment last week. The complex is beautiful! The Manager made me feel very welcomed. The maintenance supervisor was also very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Carolyn took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need.

I had bad experience living there. My cars vandalized and they never did nothing about it. They offered me for renewing contract cleaning my rug witch they never did and I never payed late and left the apartment super cleaned and they stilled charged me clean up and rug cleaning. People took there dogs to do there things on the grass area and they don't pick it up.
