I absolutely love the property management they are the sweetest people and solve solutions quickly they truly care about all the residents. They have events go on all the time for example this summer they gave out free ice cream across the whole complex and have raffles for prizes all the time. The apartments are very spacious. And the rooms are good size. They are pet friendly which is amazing. They care about everyoneâs animals as well and make sure to let the community know to keep an eye out. I 100% recommend living here.

Over priced. Anal about what you can and can't have on your own patio/balcony when you pay an arm and leg to live happily and comfortably. I'm leaving first chance I get.

If youâre a POC please steer far away from this place. The residents here are something else. First off, everyoneâs teeth is either missing or yellow like a crayon & have the audacity to call CHILDREN ân****râ. Need maintenance? Good luck. I have plenty of more to say but Iâll keep it sweet & simple, this place is next to hell to live if you arenât a European descendant.

Been apartment searching and came across this gem listed as $1495-$1550 for a 2 bedroom. But then upon looking further into other sources scattered across the internet . Iâve found that thereâs hidden parking fees and you need to pay for their internet which has some not so great reviews . I wish theyâd be transparent in their listings , so people donât waste their time.

I Live here at Crimson Point and I can truly say itâs been a pleasure!!! Itâs a quiet very peaceful place to live!!! Our management rocks as well as our maintenance guys!!! Iâve never had an issue living in this community since I have been here which is coming up on a year!!! I will be renewing my lease as this is a very comfortable place to call home!!!âºï¸

My family has lived in crimson point apartments for 6 years. Kuna is the best mix of county and city. We absolutely love the property mgr Marissa. She is prompt to handle situations. She’s always professional and honest. It’s amazing the knowledge she has. You can tell she truly cares about her tenants and this community. She is super sweet and easy to talk to. Maintenance Dave and Jobi are great guys and leasing consultant Clarissa always has a smile.

Marissa in the office is amazing! Sheâs so personable, easy to communicate with and on top of everything! As a contractor she makes our business relationship awesome!
