Iâve lived in these apartments for five months now and have to say, I am so completely impressed with management and maintenance. When I first moved in, I had some concerns with some of the cleaning that was not thoroughly done, Marissa immediately addressed my concerns as they were in the process of hiring new cleaners.
Within the last five months, if I have had any questions or needed small repairs, they have been so professional and responded to my needs with a great attitude. The maintenance guys are awesome and do such a great job! My neighbors are kind and mindful of the noise level. And the property is well maintained.
While this is the type of business etiquette you would expect from any company, the reality is, not every place is courteous or caring of the tenantâs needs.
Iâm really glad I chose to move here, despite the poor reviews from the past. Things have definitely improved more recently as I have not had a single negative experience here.
