Iâm going to give my honest feedback for the complex as a whole rather than management. When I moved in, in 2019, the management was low key and the rent was $1095. Very little rules. Place was always well kept. Utilities were low and kids were allowed to be kids. A year into covid the new management took over, rent spiked $200. Utilities went up. We had several CAM charges for rocks as our landscape. The clubhouse was no longer allowed to be rented out and the gym was a joke. Mind you there was not a park for the kids either. This was a very tight knit fun, kid friendly community beforehand. Each year, rates kept going up and we didnât get any âluxuryâ services. The apartments were cheaply made and when you needed something repaired it took a lot of time or a bandaid was slapped on it. When I left my ac had been leaking and caused mold. The apartments barely fixed it and never cleaned up the mold. These used to be fair priced and amazing apartments until new management took over. They are 10000% not worth $1900 a month. And donât forget to add in the hidden charges on top of that $1900.
